Let’s Get Physical, Physical…

When you’re a new mom it’s very important to get out of the house, get a little exercise, enjoy San Diego’s beautiful parks and beaches and make some friends who are in the same boat as you. That’s just what we did at this week’s re-launch event for Fit4Mom of La Mesa.

your children as human weights …

and a bit of peer pressure (I mean encouragement from other moms).


It’s a total body workout with nursery song singing, blowing of bubbles and tickling of the kiddos to keep them entertained. When the work is done, it’s playtime with the “Our Village” playgroup!


Fit4Mom is the country’s largest fitness program for moms, offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. It’s your chance to connect with other like-minded moms and do something good for yourself.

In addition to Stroller Strides, Fit4Mom offers a program called Body Back, which is a results-based, personal training style workout that runs 8 weeks and includes before and after assessments.

    I currently have the app and have sold and purchased a couple things. The app is great. Even with the update it still crashes sometimes though. I still recommend it to everyone!
