How to . . .

The San Diego Public Library is hosting its 3rd How-To Festival this Saturday at 13 San Diego Public Library locations. The How-To Festival is an interactive, educational event with something for everyone and for all ages.

Would your sporty kid like to learn how to do sweet soccer tricks?

Would your pet-loving kid like to learn how to teach the family dog some cool tricks?

Would your fancy kid like to learn how to make a bracelet?

Would your crafty kid like to learn origami?

Would your science-loving kid like to learn how to build a simple robot on wheels?

What kid wouldn’t like to learn how make slime?

Would YOU like to learn how to be a more peaceful parent?

Start a little free library?

Reduce the chemicals in your home?

How to sew a button? (me!)

Presentations and workshops will be taught by experts from all walks of life. Participants can learn everything from how to dance the flamenco and how to grow a mini urban garden to how to overcome stress and how to make a nutritious smoothie that your kids will love.
