You’re so lucky if you have little ones who aren’t going back to school this week. With most SD schools getting back to business, our parks, beaches and local attractions will be a lot less busy – – my favorite time to get out and enjoy some of our favorite activities!
Cozy Comfort Foods Cooking Class
Wednesday, January 8th @ 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
Olivewood Gardens, National City
One of the best ways to get your child to try new foods is to have him help you cook them! During Olivewood Garden’s 1.5 hour classes, children 5 – 12 years old will learn how to use appropriate cooking tools, taste new foods and create fun, seasonal recipes. During this class they will be making homemade pretzels, tomato soup and cheese dip with roasted cauliflower. Yum!
